We only ship to the countries listed. The exact cost is always shown in the cart and at checkout before payment.
Timing
Orders are prepared and delivered on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. From dispatch, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days in Italy and up to 5 working days in the rest of Europe. Estimated times are also shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
On delivery
Check that the number of parcels is correct and that the package is intact. If the packaging is damaged, sign the courier's document with the note “Accepted subject to inspection” and write to us within a few days with a photo.
Duties and taxes
For shipments outside the European Union (United Kingdom and Switzerland), local duties and taxes may apply, payable by the recipient on delivery. Rules vary from country to country: for information, contact your local customs office.
Returns
