Free returns within 14 days

You can return any item bought on this site within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Returns are free: we pay for return shipping.

How to make a return

  1. Write to info@dryheat.it within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form below.
  2. We'll send you the return label and the collection instructions.
  3. Ship the garments within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Condition of the garments

Garments must be returned intact, unwashed and with their labels. You can try them on as you would in a shop. If a returned garment has been used beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct its loss in value from the refund.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs (up to the cost of standard shipping), within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the garments, or proof that they have been sent, before issuing the refund. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Size exchanges

To change size or colour, make a return and place a new order: it's the fastest way to get the right garment straight away. If you prefer, write to us and we'll help.

Defective products

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Articles 128 et seq., Legislative Decree 206/2005), valid for 24 months from delivery. If a garment has a defect, write to us with a photo: we'll offer repair, replacement or a refund as provided by law.
