At the heart of DryHeat garments is a single material: polypropylene, knitted into our DHtech fabrics.
Polypropylene
- Lightness · It is the textile fibre with the lowest specific weight: about 30% lighter than wool and polyester.
- Breathability · It absorbs very little water. In DryHeat Lab tests its weight increases by 0.13% after absorbing liquid, versus 0.72% for polyester. Sweat doesn't stay in the fibre.
- Insulation · It keeps a pleasant temperature on the skin, even when you stop in the cold.
- Hygiene · Bacteriostatic and hypoallergenic.
- Easy care · Wash at 30 °C; it dries quickly, needs no ironing and doesn't shrink.
