Shipping
In Italy shipping costs €6.00 and is free for orders from €90. We also ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and San Marino: all countries and costs are in the shipping policy, and the exact cost is always shown in the cart before payment.
In Italy we usually deliver within 1-2 working days of dispatch, in the rest of Europe within 5 working days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number. For shipments outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
On delivery, check that the number of parcels is correct and that the package is intact. If it is damaged, sign with the note “Accepted subject to inspection” and write to us straight away.
Free returns within 14 days
You can return any garment within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Write to info@dryheat.it with your order number: we'll send you the return label. Garments must come back intact, unwashed and with their labels.
